It’s as simple as the title today, ladies and gentlemen. Today I have some flat lay outfit ideas for the less fall inclined fashionista. If you’re stuck on what to wear this season, I have some great inspiration pieces that may spark that fashion bug back to work in your brain.
This first outfit is featuring a couple of my favorite things this season, a leopard print skirt and a cool hat! I’ve been in love with fall trends this year and these are really coming to be some fall staples. In this outfit, the funky animal print skirt can spice up any regular skirt and sweater look. Black patent leather booties are classic and will go with almost any look, and a wool hat just ties the whole look together by giving you a casual but fun vibe!
Next, we’ve got a classy but casual look. Classy, because of the classic brown button up skirt and the delicate and lady like look of an off the shoulder top. And causal because of the loose fitting sweater style, and the flat low sandals. Once again this wool hat (that you can once again find for yourself HERE) makes an appearance to tie the whole look together.
Polka dots have not stopped! And no I did not try to rhyme there, it just happened. Polka dots, which we saw everywhere this summer, can still make an appearance in your fall wardrobe. Pairing your dots with warm layers and Fall like accessories can help you cross over the summer trend into Fall. Here I chose to “fall” up my look with some over the knee boots. In addition to the boots, the layering affect of the tank and the long sleeve make an otherwise summery outfit look very Fall inspired.
Moving along with more black and white fall outfits! Swapping out the polka dots for something more holiday familiar. This plaid sweater skirt makes a sweet look sassy and some shining booties give the look that extra edge.
Lastly, were going to take a trip back to a more western time! This all brown look gives off so many wild wild west vibes, its almost criminal. But because all of the browns are in different shades, we seem to have gotten away with murder. The contrast of the shades tie together the monochromic look in a way that makes it look intentionally chic. Camel and Cognac are classic Fall colors (in moderation) but sometimes when you go big, you win big!
