I’m sure you’ve all heard of the OUTRAGEOUS rule that you can’t wear white bottoms after Labor Day. This was probably designed by some over anxious mom who didn’t want her children to get all dirty as they played in the fall leaves, but I’m here to tell you that that talk is dead and now-a-days you can wear white any time you darn well please.
So how do you style white with all the muted tones of the fall?
The short answer is with tan, brown, and neutral colors. Period…Okay, so that may not be the ONLY way to rock white in the fall, but it seems to me that these sorts of colors are much more autumnal than pairing your white jeans with just any old color. White and brown is such a classic combination, its hard to go wrong with it. It’s like all other classic combos (blue an white in the summer or red in green around Christmas time). They’ve been around for so long that it’s almost impossible to make them not look good together.

The first way I styled my ripped white jeans, is with a simple tan vest tank and a matching belt. I found that the small detail of matching the tank to the belt to the buttons on my jacket really brought out a slight hint of fall to this otherwise starchy white look. This is a great daytime look for fall days that aren’t all that crisp and chilling quite yet!

As you can tell by this similar look, I like styling mostly white with matching brown accessories. Brown additions are my favorite for every season, but fall especially. So you know what color I’ll grab when it comes to spicing up a look, and thats exactly what I did with this all white skirt outfit! Brown boots brown belt, brown hat, and instantly my Snow White outfit is Fall inspired!

A good pair of white jeans is nothing to hide in your closet while the winter months pass! With a little bit of variation, you can wear your favorite jeans no matter the season or time of year.
